End users should seek warranty support from their place of purchase. Product Returns

If you are an authorized customer of Toshiba Electronic Components, Inc. in Brazil and are in need of an RMA, please submit your request in Excel file format containing a minimum of the drives serial number and part number to toshiba@storageservices.com.br.
