Limited Warranty Guide
The Replacement Program ensures that in the unlikely event of a product defect, Toshiba will replace that product within five to ten (5-10) business days. Certain restrictions apply.
If you own a storage product and are in need of an RMA, please submit your request utilizing the online RMA login. Optionally, an RMA can be requested by calling our Return Material Authorization (RMA) center at 1-877-689-4899. Available Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST.
